3. Scheduling & Access

  • Appointments are confirmed directly with our manager after coordination.
  • Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time for service delivery.
  • Rescheduling requests require at least 48 hours’ notice; late changes may result in additional fees.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

4.1 Standard Refunds

  • Full refunds are available if a service is canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • Partial refunds may be issued for cancellations within 48 hours, accounting for costs already incurred.
  • No refunds are provided for services that have already been completed.

4.2 Service Issues

  • If services are unsatisfactory due to verified errors or negligence by our staff, we will re-perform the service at no additional cost.
  • If re-performance is not feasible, a proportional refund may be issued based on the scope of incomplete or defective services.

4.3 Force Majeure

  • Full refunds or rescheduling will be provided if services cannot be performed due to events beyond the Company’s control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, or other emergencies.

5. Refund Procedure

  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with confirmation and instructions.
  3. Approved refunds will be coordinated by the manager and processed according to the agreed method.

6. Promotions & Discounts

  • Discounted services and promotional offers are subject to terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds for promotional services will reflect the actual amount agreed upon with the manager.
